Terms of Service
1. Introduction
These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your use of the GG's Candy Land website and services (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

All notices and other communications under these Terms will be in writing and will be deemed to have been duly given when delivered in person, upon the first business day following deposit in the Aus Post mail, postage prepaid, certified or registered, return receipt requested, addressed as follows:

14. Headings
The headings in these Terms are for convenience only and will not affect their interpretation.
15. Counterparts
