FAQ's

Is the candy I ordered in stock?

Yes, all of the candy that is listed on our website is in stock and ready to ship. If an item is out of stock, it will be marked as such on the product page.

What are your shipping rates?

We offer two shipping rates within Australia: standard shipping and express shipping.


-Standard shipping is a flat rate of $12 AUD for all orders within Australia.

-Express shipping is $18 AUD for orders under $150 and $40 AUD orders over $150.

What is the processing and shipping time?

Allow 1-2 days for processing and dispatch of your order. Once your order has been dispatched, it will take an additional 3-5 business days for delivery within Australia.

Do you offer refunds and exchanges?

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept nor process any returns for change of mind, so please choose carefully.

If there is an issue with your order, please send a photo and order number within 3 days of receiving your order.
